General Physiatry Clinic
Providing Individualized Care
The General Physiatry Clinic at Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana (RHI) seeks to deliver programs of care for patients with pain that may be a direct result of injuries, disease, and/or surgery. Diverse conditions are treated through this clinic and it is designed for patients whose functioning has been diminished.
The program is specifically designed to support the delivery of individualized care for patients suffering from acute back pain and musculoskeletal conditions, including muscle pain (myofascial pain and fibromyalgia), neuropathic pain (pain in the nerves), and pain deriving from spasticity. We address it up-front so that they can fully participate in their recovery and be themselves again. This clinic includes:
- Spinal injections
- Nerve blocks
- Botox injections
