Post-Acute Outpatient Therapy for Stroke
RHI continues to care for patients even after they're discharged. RHI Eagle Highlands Outpatient Services provides an extensive list of Post-Acute Outpatient Therapy for Stroke.
Specialized Outpatient Programs
There are many Specialized Outpatient Programs available to discharged stroke patients. Your treatment plan could include some of those described on this page.
- Spasticity Management Clinic, including use of botox
- Vision Rehabilitation
- Community outings
- Love Your Brain Yoga
- A six-week program that is available 4 times a year ($167- scholarships available)

- Community Fitness Program
- Provides adaptive workout equipment for persons with disabilities
- Every Tuesday/Thursday from 5-6 pm

- RHI Adaptive Sports Program
- Offers adaptive sports including fencing, archery, hand cycling, waterskiing, wheelchair tennis, wheelchair basketball, track, wheelchair racing, quad rugby, power soccer, beep basketball
