Caregiver Hotel Assistance

If you would like to receive your care at Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana (RHI) and you live outside of a 60-mile radius from RHI, you may request assistance for caregivers to stay at a nearby hotel. Criteria for participation:

  • People staying at the hotel must be active caregivers of the patient.
  • Participants of this program must be readily available to attend training sessions at the hospital.
  • This program is not available to those receiving financial assistance (please inquire with your Clinical Liaison if this pertains to you).
  • This program may not be available if the patient is in a private room at RHI (please inquire with your Clinical Liaison).

Parking

Free parking is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week at all RHI locations.

Transportation

RHI does not offer our own special transportation services, however we can assist with arranging transportation via Yellow Cab and other Wheelchair Van Companies. If patients are in need of special transportation, RHI is easily accessible by Uber, Lyft, and Indy Go. We are also conveniently located right on the bus line for the #38 and #15.
